WE USE THE PST PROCESS The PST system of human movement training comes from the Gray Institute®. The acronym represents Principles, Strategies, and Techniques. Principles are “truths” that hold over the physical, biological, and behavioral sciences as they are applied to human movement. Strategies are individual plans of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim. Techniques are skillful or efficient ways of doing or achieving something, in this case, it's individual human movement.
To reach your golfing goals we will apply the PST process to safely improve your mobility, stability, strength, and power.
First:
We will use your favorite learning styles for training.
From this movement evaluation, we can establish a schedule for your movement program specifically geared toward addressing your issues and you'll be on the way to your golfing goals.
As with any activity program, you should check with your physician regarding any health restrictions you may have.
