WE USE THE PST PROCESS The PST system of human movement training comes from the Gray Institute®. The acronym represents Principles, Strategies and Techniques. Principles are “truths” that hold over the physical, biological and behavioral sciences as they are applied to human movement. Strategies are individual plans of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim. Techniques are skillful or efficient ways of doing or achieving something, in this case it's individual human movement.
