The insights from 40-plus years of human movement training experiences are what I'm offering to share.
My degrees are in Physical Education, B.S. from the University of Oregon and Physical Therapy, and M.A. from Stanford University. My postgraduate work is in human movement. I am also Certified in Applied Functional Science ® (AFS) from The Gray Institute®
I HAVE WORKED IN THE TRAINING OF ATHLETES AND REHABILITATION/PREVENTION & I CAN HELP YOU.
Do you know if any of your daily movement habits are limiting your game? Are the swing faults that hold you back, "just bad habits" or body movement limitations that you can learn to change?

Outstanding master of his craft. Incredibly insightful with a wealth of golf and how the body works knowledge. Charles pushes me to use my body effectively which, in turn, improves my golf game. This is critical, before I only thought about how to compensate for my mistakes with different swings, clubs, stances, etc. Now, Charles helped me understand the importance of balance, the relationship between what my body wants to do naturally and what my brain thinks it needs to do. That has given me more strength, less fatigue and truer shots across all my clubs. His warm, spontaneous personality makes our sessions fun. He’s the real deal in an industry full of trainers who may not understand the body/club connection. Charles, in my opinion, is the standard by which every other golf trainer should be measured. "This is so much more than golf lessons! Working with Charles and his movement training has not only given me back the joy of playing, but also the physical strength and confidence for golf...AND all my everyday life physical activities." Jane B., Spokane, WA
Golf lessons from Charles have been fabulous! We’ve worked on my stance, body motion, golf swing & putting. I’m very impressed with Charles’s technique & my golf has improved 200%. Steve W.
